The Elite Sport Vibora goalkeeper gloves are designed for goalkeepers who want to combine grip, cushioning and finger protection. The 3.5 mm ES Super Control latex provides excellent grip, while the 4 mm backing foam offers additional cushioning when catching and handling powerful shots.

Thanks to the five removable finger spines, you can decide how much support you want. With the finger spines inserted, the gloves provide additional protection and stability. Without the spines, your fingers can move more freely, giving you a more direct feel for the ball.

Removable finger protection

The Elite Sport Vibora features five individually removable finger spines. This makes the glove suitable for different types of goalkeepers and playing preferences.

When used with the finger spines, your fingers receive additional support and protection. When worn without the finger spines, your fingers can move more naturally. Many goalkeepers experience a more direct feel for the ball and find it easier to close their hands securely around the ball.

The finger spines can also be removed individually. This allows you to choose the level of support for each finger.

Grip, cut and ventilation

The palm consists of 3.5 mm ES Super Control latex combined with 4 mm cushioning foam. The NRoll Cut increases the amount of latex around the fingers, while the wrapped thumb provides additional grip surface and ball contact.

Elite Sport’s Air Ventilation Management AVM™ fabric is incorporated into the finger gussets. This helps improve airflow and makes the gloves more comfortable during intensive training sessions and warm match days.

The Elite Sport Vibora can be worn both with and without the removable finger spines. The best option depends on your personal preference, playing style and desired level of protection.

Choosing the correct size is particularly important with finger-protection gloves. Gloves that are too large can reduce your feel for the ball, while gloves that are too tight may restrict movement. At our goalkeeper store in Papendrecht, we can help you try on and compare different sizes.

• This glove is mainly intended for natural grass / artificial grass. When used on artificial grass, the lifespan may be shorter.
• The protective film on the foam must be removed before use. This film protects the latex during storage and transport.
• Did you know that professional goalkeepers often use their gloves only a few times, while the average period of use at amateur level is more around 3 to 4 months, depending on use and maintenance?
• Proper care is important for maximum lifespan.

Maintenance of the gloves for a longer lifespan:

1. Do not let dirt dry

2. Soak gloves for 2-3 minutes under the tap with lukewarm water

3. Spray with glove cleaner.

4. Remove dirt with your fingers (do not use a brush!)

5. After washing, squeeze gently, do not wring

6. Allow to dry (do not expose to direct heat or the sun!)
