Gladiator Sports Ocirne, the goalkeeper glove with "feeling".

Gladiator Sports and Walter Schuurman in particular made a wonderful gesture for our 12-year-old son Enrico with the Ocirne.
Enrico was diagnosed with Zollinger Ellison Syndrome in August. A very rare disease characterized by neuroendocrine tumors in the body (Gastrinomas) that release the hormone gastrin, causing excess stomach acid to be produced with serious consequences.
Our son spent 10 days in critical care in the ICU at Erasmus MC in June 2023. The tumor was discovered on the pancreas in August 2023. This has now been successfully removed. Enrico will be closely monitored in the coming years. Enrico is a real fighter and is slowly recovering.

Walter Schuurman changed the name Enrico to Ocirne and thus paid tribute to Enrico. Part of the proceeds in our store or via our website will be set aside to give Enrico a nice day once he has recovered. A wonderful gesture from Walter for us as a family and as the Jeugdkeeper.nl team.

The Gladiator Sports Ocirne is a great new development within the Gladiator range. Despite the fact that it has no strap, the Gladiator Sports Ocirne has a fantastic fit and the glove really fits the hand like a 2nd skin. Thanks to the 4 mm G-tec contact 21W latex, the Gladiator Sports Ocirne has fantastic grip in combination with durability. NB!!! When putting on the glove, make sure that you do not pull hard on the glove in one spot (i.e. not at the V point where the latex stops) because then you will quickly tear it. So make sure that when you put it on you distribute the pressure a little and do not create too much tension in one place. The Gladiator Sports Ocirne is available in sizes 6 to 11.

Maintenance of the gloves for a longer lifespan:

1. Do not let dirt dry

2. Soak gloves for 2-3 minutes under the tap with lukewarm water

3. Spray with glove cleaner.

4. Remove dirt with your fingers (do not use a brush!)

5. After washing, squeeze gently, do not wring

6. Allow to dry (do not expose to direct heat or the sun!)
